"Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...

From making our reservation to our stay to our eventual departure, the hosts made sure we were well taken care of, and that care allowed us to enjoy the Helen GA area...the shops, restaurants, sights, local trails, and other attractions.
