This lovely two storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is directly across from Corrigans Beach. A short stroll away is the local shops that have cafes, restaurants, news agent, pharmacy etc

Batemans Bay CBD is a short 10 minute drive. There are more shops including Kmart, Aldi, Coles and many others.
