"The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. I talked to the staff and requested a different room and the room that they put us in was, beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. , beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. The buffet the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time."

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"Stay did not happen! I booked this for my Dad’s caregiver. When she got there they said they were fully booked and will not respect my Hotels.com paid booking. I wasted two hours on Hotels.com’s chat so I can either get refunded. Luckily, they worked on getting her checked in to another hotel"

"I stayed one night while in transit. The room was old and not many amenities. The staff were nice and accommodating but I was waken up by a chucrh next door playing loud music which kinda sucked but it was Sunday and the Philippines is very religious. Overall for one night it works but would stay somewhere else next time."
