"Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. Breakfast buffet was just okay and this boils down to again the expectation and no complementary hot...

"I booked this house for my family vacation in PI and it was great! The house had enough space for 9 people and it had everything we needed.
