The adjacent open living room has a large wood-burning fireplace, a comfy couch and two modern recliners, a large TV with Roku streaming access, a wine fridge, and a wonderful view of the mountains. The main bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and easy access to the hallway half bathroom. Comfortably accommodates four.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). We supply bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad, Guests staying several nights may need to bring extra consumable supplies or purchase them at the Basye Community Store a short walk away.
Firewood is available for guests in stacks near the parking lot access walkway.
The condo has high-speed 400+mbps WiFi internet, which can handle all your remote work, streaming and gaming needs.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.
Guests have complementary access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our reception office (2565 Orkney Grade). The Bryce Resort pool (Bryce Landing) is reserved for Bryce Resort member use only. See pictures of our (Bryce Mountain Escapes) pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
