It is situated on an 800 m² plot and features a 50-meter-long waterfront. The west side of Isla Solarte is ideally located, just a 5-minute taxi boat ride (5 USD per person) from Bocas Town, and offers calm waters protected from waves.
Right in front of the property extends a stunning coral reef, perfect for snorkeling and diving. Access to the property is via a 30-meter-long boat dock.
The house is very impressive. On the main level, you’ll find 220 m² of living space and an additional 43 m² on the upper level. Upon entering the house from the terrace, you arrive at an open kitchen and dining area with a high ceiling. The kitchen counter in the center of the room offers a splendid view of the sea, allowing you to always enjoy the beautiful scenery and refreshing sea breeze.
The house has two identical bedrooms for two people each, with a shared bathroom in the middle. Additionally, there is a spacious upper level with three beds, accommodating up to three people.
