"Milena and her husband, are a very sweet couple!!! Always there when we needed them. They left us little treats in the appartement, and then brought us a bottle of wine & balsamic vinegar. Their place is absolutely beautiful, well decorated. Everything you need to feel right at home!!! Their place is situated close to vineyards, so you can do some wine tasting, cherry picking when in season, close to The Ferrari Museum, & the Enzo Ferrari Museum. "È una truffa, la stanza in realtà non esiste. Purtroppo l'ho scoperto solo dopo che ho pagato. Ho contattato il proprietario per sapere info sul check-in e mi ha risposto che la stanza non è disponibile. Dopo di chè non ha più risposto e mi ha bloccato le chiamate"

"Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!"

"I have been there for a week in july The host is very welcoming. The place is clean, nice, and the price was very competitive. I could go to several cities like Bologna, Ferrara, Modena easily by car (30-45 minutes to go to these places) I recomend without hesitation Grazzie mile Gaetano !"

"This is a great location if you would like to visit car country. We visited Ferrari, Pagani, Lamborghini and Maserati. We even got in a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory visit."

"My family of 4 stayed over for 3 nights and enjoyed the property and hospitality of Mauro and Lory. The property was very clean and quite, equipped with everything we needed. It is also close to Ferrari and Lamborghini museums where we enjoyed visiting. I recommend this place without hesitation. host "

"My only complaint is that there are no shelves or surfaces to place items like shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, etc in the bathrooms, even in the shower. Otherwise the property is very nice."

"This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving.
