"The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. "Our first room was disgusting. The AC unit leaked, wallpaper peeling off the walls, the door paint was coming off, and the room and bathroom looked nothing like the pictures. Once we complained we were given a junior suite which was as nicer, but still not great. The bed was falling in like a cardboard box. On top of all that, not once did they ask for identification, nor did they provide a code to get back into the building after 10. Stay anywhere else. "
