"This was a magnificent place! Beautiful. Hosts are a wonderful family that invited us into their home. Amazing pool. Make sure to enter from the city. Google took us the long way in on a very tight, windy road. Avoid that. "

"The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The host is very helpful and friendly. Some problems with the equipment were resolved very quickly. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. "The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"From start to finish, everything was perfect. The owner was quick to respond to any questions prior to arrival. The drive up to the hilltop village is breathtaking! "A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."
