"The ladies at reception are very friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room and also enjoyed complimentary drinks from the bar. The location is convenient, as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Bern. They also have a very nice gym."

"It's perfect. There isn't much around the immediate area, but you are literally a three min walk from the trains and a 5 min train ride to downtown. Can't beat that. Grocery store right next door too. "
