Lovely bright apartment in Barzio center

Stylish recently rennovated apartment in the very center of Barzio! The apartment is located in an authentic Italian mountain village with narrow streets and typical small courtyards, just behind the corner from the main square. There are several high-quality restaurants and bars nearby. It is in 2 minutes walk from the starting point of fantastic treks. The apartment is composed of a living room with sofa bed and well-equipped kitchen. It has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.



The apartment is accessible via two flights of stairs with low steps. It is reached from a landing and has a gate that makes the portion of the terrace leading to the house private. The staircase is located in a small courtyard, which makes it convenient for temporary loading and unloading of luggage. The house is also equipped for self check-in.

The apartment is equipped with every amenity. You can purchase ready-made dishes, bread, and pastries directly below the house to heat up or cook in the oven and/or microwave. There is also a convenient washer-dryer, as well as a dishwasher! The apartment is heated in winter and stays cool in summer!

The apartment is located in the very center of Barzio village. You can easily move by foot within the village and reach the nearby villages of Cremeno and Moggio, and the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts (15 minutes by foot from the apartment) Barzio is reachable by car or bus n.D35 from Lecco. There is no private parking provided with the apartment, however, there are many free parking places in the walking distance. Note that in high season access to the village center by car may be limited, so you might need to park in the large parking behind the Passoni bakery and reach the apartment on foot (5 minutes). When the center is open for traffic, you can temporarily(!) park in the courtyard to unload your bags. You can reach Barzio by bus n.35 from Lecco. The bus stop is in 5 minutes walk. In winter there is a free shuttle bus that connects Barzio to the ski lifts of Piani di Bobbio e Piani d'Artavaggio. The service is available only on weekends and holidays. The nearest shuttle stop is in front of Pasticceria Passoni (3 minutes walk).
