A perfectly positioned apartment with all the pleasure of the local seas and riverside environment only a few minutes walk away, along with fabulous places to walk or ride your bikes. If golf is your thing 13th Beach Golf Club and Barwon Heads Golf Club won't disappoint.

Furnished in a modern yet classical style, Ceres Coastal is a 2 bedroom apartment with a stylish living, dining, kitchen area plus adjoining balcony overlooking the village cafes, restaurants and shops.

A generous master king size bedroom with built in robes has a full sized ensuite with bath and separate double shower. The large 2nd bedroom can be configured with either 2 or 3 king size single beds serviced by the 2nd bathroom with a bath and shower.

A separate laundry with full length storage cupboard keeps the necessities of life out of the way.

The two car lock up garage ensures there's ample room for your car along with your fun time essentials of surf or paddle boards,bikes, beach and golf gear, or whatever you wish to bring.
