Pretty good stay
"We had a nice stay. The rooms were lovely and clean. Bed comfy. Had a good rest. Staff very helpful. Just the restaurant experience not to good. It was really cold and no atmosphere. Could of done maybe with a candle on table."

"We enjoy our stays at Thurnham Hall. There was a problem with hotwater supply to our block, we were kept fully informed, given alternative showering option etc. 'It' happens, we judge it on how its handled, and it was handled well."
