BIG D's POND & North Branch of the Potomac river Camping.

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. No WiFi or cabin itself so I skied up closer to the main house to pick it up when needed. Gorgeous and peaceful surroundings! Will definitely return in warmer weather to check out the...
