"I appreciated they had a monitored parking area with physical guard at night directly in front of hotel entrance and visible from my room. Walking distance to many grocery and retail shopping areas. And many delicious and modestly priced eating options. "

"The property is good location. The building need some renovation. The furniture needs is old, Almost every day needed something to fix my sweet room. Air conditioning problems, light problems, furniture missing from a balcony. Besides that, I had a great time there. Everyone is very nice. They help me to planning a different tour. One time I wanted a massage and a masseuse was late almost 2 hours. They were not perfect but I still loved every tour. A weekend was horrible, lot of guests and I couldn’t use the pool! I don’t recommend this place, probably you can find a much better one! This country is beautiful but this property needs more of take care. "

"Staying here with our family, we loved the excursions to see wildlife so close to the resort. The pool was beautiful and people were very friendly. The buffet was good. our family and kids really enjoyed it. "

"This is a very nice, classic hotel that is nicely appointed, clean, has attentive staff, and is a good value. The neighborhood around it seems to have aged differently than this well-maintained hotel, but their staff and security kept us feeling unquestionably safe. There is a restaurant on the first floor and that is similarly well staffed. We would gladly stay here again."

"Beautiful area, house had potential but was poorly up-kept. Property owner spoke no English, making it hard to understand the rules and workings of the property such as the laundry room downstairs. Full of mold, making it tough to breathe. Screens are damaged or warped, so insects swarm the home at night. Amenities are nearly nonexistent, such as no trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels or coffee filters. Heavy metals made the water unsafe to drink, yet no good water was provided. Outside deck was in bad repair. Mold was everywhere, even climbing up the window in the kitchen. There was not three bathrooms as advertised. The downstairs bathroom was in bad repair and lacked a seat for the toilet. Furniture was wet and moldy. Upstairs shower leaked though the floor into the kitchen. Kitchen appliances where filthy. However, the views where spectacular with the tropical plants and birds. Saw both Geoffroy's Tamarins and a sloth outside in our stay. Would have been a wonderful place if it was up-kept better."
