"Great location. Home needs some upkeep but the pool and location were great. Home has antiquated appliances that mostly work as they should. Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans."

Here are a few things to note: There is not a hot tub, you have to provide your own toilet paper, the WiFi does not work (despite confirming a week before arrival that it would work), air conditioning is in bedrooms only, but did not work in one of the bedrooms, house is between two run down homes, one of which has at least four dogs living there that bark all night, and house is on a busy street. "The property is well taken care of and spacious. Had everything I needed. There are issues that are not within the Host's control. For example, it is right in front of a main road with no buffer between the road and the driveway so pulling your car in and out can be a challenge. This also means there's a lot of noise coming from the road so keep that in mind if your main goal is to rest. On the plus side, it's not hard to find and you have stuff nearby. "
