"We had such a great time at Carlos' property in Humacao. Palmas del Mar is a great location with many beaches, pools, shops and restaurants within the community, as well as lots of additional amenities within Humacao proper. The property that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue shortly before our stay, so Carlos moved us to another of his properties, in Mare Sereno, which was absolutely gorgeous. "The condo was very nice, we especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Check in and out was easy and quick. We rented a golf cart so the teens could go off on their on, which they really enjoyed. There are chairs in the main grassy area that an attendant will unlock and take to the beach for you. Lots of restaurants and a small store, which was very convenient. Only drawback to the location was all the seaweed in the ocean. However, this seems to be many places these days. Overall, the...

"We stayed here for two weeks- May 11-25 2024. The property is very nice, as pictured on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. There are two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs at the property. Air conditioning worked without any issues (some issues were mentioned in previous reviews, we did not have any). Second week we worked from this location, so we used Wi Fi a lot, it was Ok. Basically, we had a nice and comfortable stay. The beach started bringing in some seaweed...

"This is so perfectly located in such a beautiful resort. The beach was so close by. This was also so close to our family we were visiting while still feeling like a vacation home to us. The property was so clean. The beach chairs and towels were so convenient. They also had a crib readily available for my son which made our check in so smooth."

"Very nice condo! Clean, safe and just off the 6th tee. Could use some ice trays, but the bar at the club house gave us almost enough ice the first night to last the whole 9 nights."

"We could have stayed here twice as long and still have wanted more. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot, right on the ocean. The owners are gracious and kind and a joy to talk to. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but the veranda is where we spent most of our time, with it's amazing view of the ocean. Loved watching the pelicans fishing and the boats going by. Just beautiful! We could not have found a better spot to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Can't wait to go back!"
