"Really Enjoyed the location and the beautiful backyard area. The only thing i would complain about is that the wifi didnt work and i missed a big deadline at work due to that. And when i emailed the owner, it was never fixed. There were also a few small issues that when mentioned to owner, no reply or apology. So just a little better of communication is needed."

"I stayed here for a few days by myself, working for part of the day and surfing nearby waves the rest of the time. Then I spent a full week here with a friend just surfing from this location at several local surf spots. All went well. It was a bit tricky to get our 9 foot longboards up the stairs, but we figured it out. "This was absolutely one of my favorite places to stay. The house was located near the beach and restaurants in Jobos and other local spots. In addition, it was very clean and tidy, with all the possible amenities. It was also modern yet had some of the "Puerto Rican home" touches. The A/C and internet worked quite well. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very secure with a code to the gate entrance. Can't wait to return!"
