"La casita está muy bien. Muy espaciosa y completa (las fotos no le hacen justicia). Además tiene un agradable porche donde se puede desayunar y estar por la noche muy agusto y fresquito, y un jardincito. Por ponerle un pero, el agua caliente es un poco difícil de controlar porque va y viene. Quedar con Jesús fue fácil y rápido. Y a la salida tan solo tuvimos que dejar las llaves allí. La ubicación, aunque un poco lejos para ir andando a la playa o por la noche a la zona de restaurantes, tiendas...

"We had a wonderful relaxing 5 night stay at the Carin’s finca. Carin was a great host, the house was lovely, and the grounds, including the pool, are beautiful. Not only is it a great place to be but it’s really well located for exploring the area. From there we drove to Cádiz to explore the old town, observation tower, and cathedral; Jerez de la Frontera for it’s amazing castle and sherry tours; Tarifa for whale watching; and there are too many quiet and beautiful beaches to count. "The property was comfortable and well equipped so it felt very much a home away from home which is what we were looking for. The only thing that would have improved the property was some planting to soften down the fencing of the outside area . The owner and the local contact were both really helpful and attentive and it was a nice touch to receive some veg from the land behind the house. All in all a good base for us to investigate wider area around Vejer as we had planned!"

"The place was in an area where all homes apparently had to be behind giant fences and gates. You have to travel tiny, bumpy dirt roads to get there. The host was very strange towards me, making me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions. She also has no problem just showing up at your supposedly private home and often pops out of her home when she sees you walking to your car (you have to walk by her home to leave or get to your parking spot). My rental car was also damaged while parked there....

"Sehr nette Gastgeberin und auch hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist echt schön. Allerdings könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Ebenfalls rennen 5 Hähne herum die am 2:30 Uhr morgen die ganze Zeit Krähen. Somit konnten wir nur mit Ohropax schlafen. Ebenfalls sind 2 Hunde auf dem Grundstück unterwegs die sehr viel bellen. Auch eine Hund Pension oder ähnliches ist in der Nähe die Nachts jaulen. Wen das nicht stört, für den ist die Unterkunft optimal."

"A wonderful place to stay in Cadiz. It was close to the waterfront with lots of little shops and bars/restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Maria at the front desk was excellent to deal with."

Excellent stay at Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe

"Beautiful property- attached right to the bodega Tio Pepe! Excellent location to walk all around Jerez. A glass of sherry on the rooftop terrace looking at the cathedral was wonderful! Every staff member was so friendly and made our stay so nice. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a great resort location on the beach with two pools and two restaurants. Breakfast buffet is only EUR 10 and dinner buffet was only EUR 25 (prices may be higher in summer). The beach is walkable and about 2kms to the Rota Lighthouse. I spent the first afternoon walking along the beach to the old town and then returned by street to see the old town and newer section. One item different from U.S. properties is that neither of the pools is heated and there is no hot tub. The pools were too cold to use in January but the sun deck on roof of the beach club building was semi-protected from the winds. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. "
