The space
The home is a 3-level a-frame with 2-levels of decking situated on a large corner lot in a quiet residential waterfront neighborhood . There is an outdoor dining table on the lower deck for guests to use. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The home features an open layout on the main level with a large living/dining area and a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and entryway mud room. The upper level features a master king-size memory foam bedroom with an ensuite his & hers bathroom and another queen-size bedroom. Both bedrooms offer plenty of natural light and there is a private deck off the master. There is a fully furnished basement with blackout curtains and a queen memory foam bed, computer desk work area and lounging area with surround sound entertainment. Featuring extra plush 100% Turkish Cotton bath towels for the most luxurious bathing experience and 800 thread count 100% Egyptian Cotton bedding with silky-soft hypoallergenic duvets to give you the most amazing nights rest.
Guest access
Guest will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the entire home during their stay. The boiler room closet is locked for maintenance and housekeeping. Guests cannot park on neighboring properties or the street. Please park in the driveway. The lower level door off the driveway is the entry door and will lock automatically behind you when exiting. Keys to the other doors will be in a lockbox if needed during your stay. The outdoor shed is locked but there are 2 outdoor storage containers under the deck to store your water and beach toys in.
Other things to note
On occasion the owners car will be parked off to the side of the property on the gravel when they are out of town.
