"This is the second time we've stayed at this property and it is simply amazing! Located in the rural town of Barrington it is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting. With three bedrooms, two toilets and a large open plan living / kitchen area the house is ample for a family or two or three couples. The house is equipped with the basics like oils, sauces, dishwashing tablets as well as books, DVD's and games. With a crystal clear pool and over an acre of mowed lawn it's the perfect getaway only two hours from Newcastle."

"The house is located in a peaceful area. If you don't mind being away from the little town or want to be secluded, this is the place for you. It has everything you need and more for spare which is very handy. Loved my stay there, would go again in the future :)"

"Just wanted to thank Alan and Eva for the amazing weekend away and for sharing their beautiful property. The cabin offered everything you could ever need. Both Alan and Eva were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask. Alan showed us around the property after we had settled in. It was simply stunning. We were extremely grateful he shared their paradise with us. The scenery, the feeling on the property, the sounds of nature and farm animals were extremely peaceful and magical. A feast for the senses. We came for a weekend of rest, reset and balance. We e ded up hiking up to one of the hills to watch the sun rise and were rewarded with a spectacular view, one we wont forget. There is so much to explore on the property from the hills, to the creeks, looking for the beautiful orchids, picking mullberries. Or if you prefer to stop read a book and listen to the birds, then the balcony is the place to sit , to stop and breathe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can not recommend it enough. "Property just outside of town so you can grab anything you need quickly. Beautiful setting, woke to the sounds of all the local bird life and the beautiful foggy valley while watching the sunrise coming up from the mountains. So many animals from the cows grazing to the little magpie that would come for a snack to the green tree frog that would come and croak at night plus rock wallabies that would be hopping past. The surrounding Barrington tops National Park was spectacular views and bush walks. Thanks to all the lovely locals that welcomed us into their beautiful town and a very special thanks to Dan for sharing this little piece of countryside with us."
