"The owner was very nice. We couldn't find the place and we were driving around town. Finally, we asked a restaurant. The restaurant owner called the hotel owner and instead of explaining the direction over the phone, the hotel owner picked us up. What a service!"

"To start Andreas was really an excellent host and it was quick and easy to communicate with him. The apartment is in the quiet area within walkable distance to the metro station Plentzia. It’s spacious and it’s equipped with everything you need. "

Very good central Bilbao hotel, with parking

"Very good city centre hotel. Good central Bilbao location (we walked to both old town and the Guggenheim) with bonus of (quite expensive) parking. Classic looking exterior but inside a very good, modern hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked a classic double but were given a room upgrade and were extremely happy with the room we had. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, looking out on to the street. Buffet breakfast offered good choice, very enjoyable. For the price we paid for this stay it was excellent value and we would happily return."
