"I have stayed at this location 5 nights now, and appreciate the privacy and amenities it offers. While there are good hotels in the area, I prefer this property because of the full kitchen, living room, and individual access to the rooms. I travel for work with my dog, so I very much appreciate that it is pet friendly without hidden charges. Highly recommend."

"The inside of the condo was great and very well maintained. However, the outdoor space was disappointing. The condo faces the main highway which was quite busy and noisy. The back is on a gravel road with no view. There was no where to enjoy the outdoors that was peaceful unless you walked to the small beach area about 7 minutes away. The beach area is very small and very close to the marshy area."

"They really have a lot of potential with this place. The proximity to beach 2 - which is a great family beach and nicer sand than beach 1- is perfect. The beach they built down by the river to watch boats and get some extra sand play with the kids, is amazing. Only negative is it appears the fence is not complete around the docks ( I hope!) and it is pretty open to the water, just have to keep a good eye on little ones. "Poor mattresses, drapes half hanging off the walls Broken or inoperable lamps, dishwasher that is in poor condition, living room furniture in poor condition. Requires a total refurbishment!!!"
