Excellent location in downtown Barrie, ON
I can provide 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, a very comfortable living room and kitchen with everything in. The backyard is perfect to relax, bbq, lunch or dinner + fresh air. From the house it‘s walking 5 minutes to beach front of water. Inside the house no smoking. Free internet and 1-2 parking space. Pet friendly, cat or small dog.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.

Peaceful Stay
Great place to stay. All amenities and then some. Fatemeh greeted us, showed us around, and explained everything before retreating to the basement. We took our cat and he was quite comfortable once he got to sniff around. Cozy place and very friendly host.

Quiet home in Barrie, just a show walk to beach, 5 min drive to downtown.
What a lovely, cozy place. We had so much fun. Very relaxing, it was nice to have a comfortable living room and full kitchen to prepare meals for the four of us. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio relax and catch up. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Being just two blocks off the beach and a five minute drive to the downtown area was a big plus too. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet enjoyable get away convenient to lake Simcoe attractions. And a big plus for Fatemeh, who is a very gracious host.
