The property description was accurate and the location was perfect for us. It was close to our daughter’s home and grocery, dollar store, shopper’s drugmart were all within 5 minutes. The park was right across the street for our two grandchildren ages 2 & 4.
Suggestions: the kitchen was not really equipped for cooking meals ie: lack of pots and pans and they had sharp knives that would not even cut a bagel. Had to borrow from my daughter. Also recommend in the basement bedroom as no where to put your clothes and not even a closet or dresser. The oven looked like it had never been cleaned. I messaged the owner and he told me there is a cleaning function on the oven. I did pay a cleaning fee and felt it was not my responsibility to clean. Also it would be nice if he posted what days are garbage and compost as we had to ask the neighbors.
