"Beautiful house in great location. Great amenities, no WIFI. Cleanliness of property was poor. There were cobwebs in some corners, plates and cutlery weren't washed properly. A little disappointed with the property manager, notified her that hot water was not working in upstairs shower. Was hesitant to call a plumber as it was the weekend and would be expensive and asked if we could work around it. We worked out that the cold tap was the hot water. So did not need plumber. Expected better...

"Great little place at Shoalhaven Heads! Excellent, friendly service. Towels on hand no dramas. The restaurant is great too although a bit too “fine dining” to eat there every night. Excellent breakfast and can be served in the room. Quiet location. Nice pool, mostly in the shade which was greets for small children. The beach was very windy so we drove around to Gerroa a couple of times. Overall, a lovely week! "
