We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

Our specially ordered dinner on the sand was so romantic and memorable. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the food was better than most good restaurants. Agnaldo, the waiter who served us, was so nice that he even organized special music for us and made us feel like VIPs. I am so grateful.
