Apartment with accommodation for 6 people with double bed and 3 sofa beds in gated community with total security and leisure area for all family containing: games room, sea front barbecue with party room (in the apartment and in a collective area), cancha children's soccer and bocce ball, laundry in the apartment and collective, large green area for children and exclusive beach. Unique tourist place in Brazil with rock formations of Black and White Rocks. Food Park area attached to the condominium with various fast food restaurants (pizza, burger, craft beer ...) 3 restaurants and bars with unique cuisine and attached forming a gastronomic village in the region. Still two markets with bakery in front of the condominium and 2 fishmongers a block without any need for vehicle. The bike path passes in front of the condominium for walking and cycling. At last only advantages in staying in an exclusive nook of few families live together and is pleased to welcome guests interested in resting and provide the family fun and warmth. 15 Km from the largest Beto Carrero World Theme Park, 9 km from the OceonoGráfica Museum, and 10 km and 2 Tironi and Gralha Azul water parks. Easy access from Br 101 and one for nearby commutes south Florianópolis or north Curitiba and Joinville.

LUGAR FANTÁSTICO
O imóvel foi mais do que esperávamos. Limpo, organizado e com tudo necessário. Quarto com bom espaço, banheiro agradável, cozinha estruturada e sala aconchegante. Churrasqueira para uso individual e lavanderia em anexo. A infraestrutura do condomínio também é extraordinária. Foi a melhor férias que tivemos. Parabéns!
