"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"As advertised on the website. The only downside is the slanted ceiling (which the pictures on the website clearly reveal, some were not misled). If you are tall, you will need to watch your head in one end of the apartment, but this was not too difficult. "Great one-bedroom apartment with breath-taking views over the vineyards. The house is literally at the top of the mountain but only a 5-6 min walk to coffee shops. Very comfortable with 2 ACs and large walk-in shower. About a 15-20 min drive to Alba. Great owner with excellent communication. We would definitely go back again."

"We had never previously been to Piemont, but found this property on Vrbo and it was just what we were looking for - quiet location but not too far from town. The apartment was excellent, with all facilities we needed, including air conditioning and a lovely swimming pool and gardens. The owner communicated with us before during and after our stay. "The hotel is located in beautiful area. This hotel is family-run and they are very nice and friendly. They offered a glass of wine right after our arrival and it was a pleasant surprise. One of their family member is also running a nice Korean-Italian fusion restaurant "Uri" ~20 minutes driving away from the hotel. Food was great and restaurant staff were very pleasant."

"Magda was a great host, and her communication with us before arrival and during our stay was excellent. The property is located on a quiet street very close to the city center, so there are countless restaurant options that are within a few minutes of walking. On site private gated parking was super convenient. Highly recommend Rivetto Suites!"
