"Meg's attentions to details and accessibility made this stay one of the very best we have experienced on the cape! The view of the pond at all times of the day or night is fantastic for viewing wildlife and relaxing. The property is well stocked with dishes and cookware plus we appreciated the little touches such as ample dishwashing detergent and dog blankets for covering the couch. Beds were very comfortable with very nice pillows and linens. Was a little too cold for making use of the kayaks...

There were turkey vultures high in the trees every morning which was pretty cool. Good swimming at Monument Beach, about a 5 minute walk away. Lots more beaches within easy drive. Good bakery very nearby. "

"The sofa could be bigger and L- shaped. The wicker chair in the corner could be a corner electric fireplace. The lighting outside is not good. Could be put a motion sensor or timer. I'm sure you probably don't get a lot of winter guests. But the steps down weren't cleaned off and no railings down. Having said that the location is absolutely beautiful. And we had a good time. "

"The cottage is exactly as described in the listing and in the pictures. It’s an adorable little Cape Cod cottage on the cove. 500 square feet is big enough for 4-5 people. The bathroom was surprisingly larger than expected! small kitchen but that along with the outdoor grill provides enough for cooking daily meals. If you are looking to cook a large meal I would suggest bringing larger pots/pans as there are limited supplies given the size of the place. The small beach and dock are public but...
