"My stay in Paddington was nice. The location was ideal, most of the things you needed were very close by. Food, shops, various means of transportation, etc. Only issues I had were, verification of the postal code to find the correct location. The second, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom downstairs, not sure of the source and we were not able to locate it. After letting the place air out for a while, it wasn't as bad. "It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We were in London for 4 nights. The accommodation was very comfortable, our teenager used the sofa bed and we had the other room. Having two bathrooms is great. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and being able to have breakfast there made things easy. "We loved the flat and neighborhood. Easy access to tube. Host was very accessible and accommodating. The flat is comfortable well equiped and as advertised. Steep steps that didn't adversely affect us but would those with mobility or balance issues. Thank you Gina!"
