"This was a very pleasant stay in a great location within Hardwick. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and the area was incredibly safe. The street traffic can get to be somewhat noisy, but that’s to be expected for the intersection outside, but nothing TV or some music can’t drown out. "

"The hosts did a great job of informing us about the stay and kept in touch during it to make sure all was well and offer suggestions if needed. The property was larger than we expected and very livable. The only ’ding’ I might mention is that there is not really a kitchen if you expect one in an apartment. We did not need one as the microwave, coffee maker and kettle provided in a breakfast space were all we needed. We felt welcome and would definitely stay again. "

"Not a speck of dust in the place. Very friendly dog, will greet you on the property. Property owner on-site, but totally private space with really good heat for colder months. Above and beyond in all categories! Would definitely re-boom."

"The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was well cleaned. There’s a great little market (Buffalo Grocery) across the street and it’s relatively close to Craftsbury Outdoor Center (destination). Our bed was comfy. "

"We had a wonderful long weekend stay this December. Fabulous apartment with plenty of space for our family of two adults and two kids 10. Very clean, comfortable beds, great amenities, very convenient location for skiing and getting into Bethlehem and Littleton. You can tell this rental was very well thought out with all of the attention to detail and functionality. We hope to be back this ski season!"

"This apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and very beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. You get to this large automotive garage and you're thinking "wait, what?" Then you step into an imaginative refuge. I hesitate saying too much because I want it to always be available when we visit our daughter nearby. The only caveat: no sleeping in after 8 (7?) am on weekdays. There is busy work going on underneath you with cars and it makes a little bit of noise. Not very much. But we are...

"We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this location. We were in VT to celebrate a family members 100th birthday and also attend a family wedding. Our hostess was wonderful. Communication between her and ourselves, her attention to detail and the cleanliness of her listing was far above our expectations. "The Bear Cabin is a such a gem. It was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Hot tub is a total added bonus. The cabin had everything we could need and restaurants no more than 10-15 mins away. We wish we stayed longer!"
