I entered in hotel with my friends and they denied to check-in because they have a policy to not to allow male and females in single from, where I booked 3 occupancy room for 3 people and they didn’t mention this policy anywhere in the details.The manager who was in the hotel, he was very rude. Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We had a reservation for four nights and hoped that the hotel staff would be professional and polite. Will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone."
