"Excellent, very convenient town centre location in Arras. Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast, although not a wide offering of cooked food, was more than sufficient as well as fresh and healthy. Scrambled eggs very well cooked. Would thoroughly recommend and would stop again."

"Took me a minute as I've never checked in with a hotel computer before but it was easy. They offered a breakfast with good choices as well. We enjoyed dinner both nights at the Au Bureau Pub, it was a close walk and had great food."

"Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel"
