"Hotel is not a hotel but a room for the night. You get a token to present to one of two cafe for a coffee and pastry in the morning which is the free breakfast. The reception is always closed, even at the announced opening times which is inconvenient. It’s rather basic. However it in a great location with everything you need close by but you are basically fending for yourself. I wouldn’t let it put you off if you are confident in staying in a room in a building that has no other facilities....

"L'appartamento e' abbastanza grande e arredato con molta cura. Bellissimo il parquet :) Camera silenziosa. "After a travel mishap we were lucky to stumble upon Duomo Guest House on Expedia. It was not only perfectly priced for an unexpected extra night of vacation, but also in a prime location! Michele was a delightful host and even upgraded our room for us. The newly renovated room and bathroom was perfect and our balcony offered quaint views of Barletta. The shower was so nice, and the mattress super comfortable. The building, being a historic convent was such a cool place to stay in. Michele shared...

"Great location and top service on arrival. Newly refurbished. The only negative was the extremely squeeky stairs to the loft, and a blockage in drain system in shower and basin. Also the balcony was too small to use and without furnitures. But as an overall we like our stay very much and would certainly recommend it to anyone. No loft so be prepared to carry the luggage a couple of stairs. "
