"We booked Phillip’s place for a wedding in Benton at Sainte Terre. The cottage was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and reasonably close to the venue - 15 minutes. There are not a lot of restaurant options in Benton but Bossier City is 20 minutes away. The host was responsive and our weekend stay was perfect. "

"The house is super comfortable and peaceful. The area is quiet and picturesque. The owner (who lives close) is super awesome and helpful while not being intrusive at all. Our dog did well and had no issues at all. We will be staying here in the future!"

"My husband and I stayed at Grant’s and Lauren’s property in November 2023. Their place is absolutely awesome. "Absolutely loved the property! It is the perfect location. You’re so close to the expressway and all the grocery stores and restaurants. It’s centrally located between all my family members. It’s clean, beds were super comfortable and good water pressure in the shower, I felt right at home. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit especially if we come at a warmer time of year so we can use that amazing pool. My daughter did get some use out of the hot tub. Loved it, highly recommended!"
