My wife and I spent a very relaxing week in this delightful residence. Everything as new and spotlessly clean. Totally as per description and nothing needed in addition. All helped by a very amenable owner. Super local area which we enjoyed exploring.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus war perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Der Pool und die Aussicht - unübertrefflich. Für unsere Hündin war die Umzäumung perfekt - wir konnten in Ruhe relaxen. M Masseguin hat uns sehr freundliche empfangen - es war sehr angenehm. Diese Unterkunft kann man vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Séjour parfait et maison magnifique
Une semaine passée dans la maison de Richard… séjour idéal ! La maison est bien située (proche du centre du village) avec une vue magnifique sur les Cévennes depuis la piscine, entièrement équipée (rien ne manque et la Clim est la bienvenue en août) et fidèle aux photos. Une mention particulière pour la propreté ; irréprochable ! Merci à Richard pour son accueil et ses bons conseils. Je recommande vivement !!

Für uns die tollsten Ferien in einem wunderbaren Haus!
Wir haben wundervolle Tage im für uns schönsten Haus Frankreichs verbracht. Grossräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat uns die sehr heissen Tage erleichtert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man ist im Haus und Pool ganz für sich und kann ungestört das kühle Wasser geniessen. Richard - der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat - kommt alle paar Tage vorbei und reinigt den Pool. Natürlich kündigt er sich vorher per SMS an. Wir werden immer wieder kommen und träumen noch lange von Barjac und den freundlichen Menschen.

Gut gelegenes Haus in der Ardèche
Etwas spartanische Ausstattung aber ansonsten Räumlichkeiten genügend für 6 Personen . Sehr angenehm, wenn man ein paar Gewūrze, Spüli, einen Schwamm, ein Putztuch/Wischlappen und ein wenig Reinigingsmittel vor Ort vorfindet. Man merkt den Unterschued zwischen ausschliesslich für den Tourismus ausgerichtete Objekte und solche, wo die Vermieter letztlich selber von Zeit zu Zeit Ihren Urlaub verbringen. Da merkt man dann erst, was den Alltag erleichery.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber, gute Betten, viel Platz, schöne Aussicht, toller Pool. Lediglich die nahe Straße ist deutlich zu hören, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sehr sympathischer Vermieter. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Super gepflegtes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen. Empfehlenswert!
Wir waren zwei Wochen Ende August/Anfang September in Barjac im Haus von Richard. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig und doch so, dass man in 10 min in den Ort gehen kann, wo das erste Geschäft, das man erreicht, der Bäcker ist. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden das Haus für 4 Personen gut emüpfehlen können. Mit den drei Schlafräumen sind auch 6 Personen möglich, aber dann wirds etwas knapp. Richard als Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er ist da, wenn man ihn braucht, aber sonst im Hintergrund, so dass man ungestört seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub,

Mooi, modern vakantiehuis in een rustige buurt met een prachtig zicht.
We hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad in Barjac. Het huis ligt op een helling dichtbij het zeer pitoreske Barjac. Vanop het terras en aan het zwembad heb je zicht op het stadje en de Cevenne in de verte. Het huis ligt in rustige verkaveling met een paar andere huizen rondom. De ontvangst van Richard was zeer vriendelijk en correct. Het huis was zeer proper bij aankomst, heeft een grote living/keuken, 3 ruime slaapkamers en een praktische badkamer. De slaapkamers kunnen verduisterd worden met luiken. Zeer praktisch voor de uitslapers. Er is airco aanwezig in de woonkamer en die was wel nodig toen wij er waren. Het was 35 graden. Een extra airco ter hoogte van de slaapkamers zou wel nuttig zijn. Het zwembad is niet heel groot, maar voor een gezin met kinderen zeker voldoende. Het water was verwarmd tot 29 graden en zeer proper. In de omgeving is er veel te bezichtigen en te doen. Zo is de Pont dArc op 15km. Ook de grotten van Aven dOrgnac zijn zeer de moeite. Zeker als het heel warm is buiten is de 12° in de grotten zeer welkom. Het vertrek ging heel vlot. Het vertrekuur is 9u, dat is vroeger dan in veel andere vakantiehuizen, maar voor ons was het geen probleem. Alles samen zeker een aanrader!

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful house in the hills over Barjac, 20 minutes to the ardeche canyon. Very friendly house owner. Everything very clean and about new. Good stocked kitchen, but no herbs, salt, pepper. Better to bring with you (like us) 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2x2 single) 2 with Exit to the pool. Very good to see dreamly sunsets. We were staying with 4 adults and a small dog. I apologize to book it 😬

Immer noch wunderbar
Zum 2. Mal waren wir mit unseren Kindern und zum 1. Mal mit unserem Hund hier in diesem wunderschönen Haus, seinem Pool und tollem Garten. Alles ist wie beim letzten Mal super sauber. Als das Wlan nach einem Gewitter ausfiel, war unser Gastgeber sofort zur Stelle und löste das Problem. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Entspannung also ab der ersten Minute nach der Ankunft und wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Super Haus mit toller Aussicht

Phantastisches Urlaubsdomizil
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche ist vollständig und sehr gut. Das Haus wurde extrem sauber übergeben. Mit unserem Hund war das eingezäunte Grundstück besonders vorteilhaft. Die Lage und der Blick auf die Cevennen ist unbeschreiblich. Die Region bietet viele Möglichkeiten die Freizeit zu gestalten.

La deuxième fois!
C'est la deuxième fois que nous avons eu le plaisir de passer deux semaines de vacances inoubliables dans cette magnifique maison. L'office du tourisme vend une carte (€5.-) pour faire des randonnées dans la région. Un spray anti-moustiques est recommandé. Nous avons pu parcourir de magnifiques sentiers à l'écart des flots de touristes, signalisation géniale et fiable. Hôte très sympathique, à recommander vivement. René et Susanne.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Umgebung war wunderschön von Weinbergen und Lavendelfeldern umgeben. Toll mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Der Ort Barjac ist klein und hat alles was man braucht. Nicht weit die ardeche. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool ist toll, mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat sich um alles einwandfrei gekümmert. Danke
