Friendly staff, offering 2 rooms when we booked one for our family of 4, without charging extra; location is outside Barichara but there is a local bus at the door every 30 minutes; pool was very clean and the place was very peaceful.

Es un sitio muy tranquilo y silencioso ideal para un buen descanso y relajamiento las personas que atiende son muy amables y decentes pero las instalaciones están muy abandonadas la habitación que tomamos tenia unos baños poco modernos y muy descuidados el precio que me cobraron por la estadía estuvo demasiado alto para la poca comodidad y falta de confort de la habitación

La atención de Laura y Luis muy amable. El hotel está muy caído la cama doble era la unión de 2 muy incomdoda, todas las sillas del hotel están deterioradas. Los equipos del gimnasio 3 no tienen mantenimiento y de Spa solo tiene el nombre pues independiente de que cobren el uso del jacuzzi como no hay agua no se puede usar. Las masajistas buenas pero la camilla igual de deteriorada. Por su precio esperábamos más.

Estamos muy complacidos con nuestra estadía en el Hotel Santos de Piedra. Si bien a nuestra llegada se presentó una confusión porque la información de la reserva por esta página no había llegado a la persona encargada en el hotel (¿?), su personal se mostró diligente para solucionar el problema. En todo caso, recomiendo a futuros clientes siempre comunicarse telefónicamente con el hotel para obviar estos inconvenientes. El hotel es muy tranquilo y cómodo. Su personal se muestra siempre bien dispuesto y amable. Probamos los servicios del spa (con pago adicional) y quedamos maravillados. Si bien el hotel no está directamente al interior del pueblo de Barichara, el recorrido hasta allí toma apenas 5 minutos en auto.

Es un hotel a 2 km de la entrada a Barichara, agradable, ideal para el descanso, habitaciones cómodas, algunas con camas king y personal muy amable y atento.
