"Liked: Breakfast included Cute rooftop terrace Great staff and team, especially Maria Angélica who was an absolute beautiful soul and looked after me, arranged tours, and decorated my breakfast table for my birthday. Thank you so much! FYIs: Hot water is scheduled but staff turned this on for me at request and it didn't take long to kick in. I didn't have any trouble with mosquitoes during my mid Nov stay. You can hear the cathedral bell going off at all intervals so light sleepers should be prepared. "

"Overall we had a very nice stay , we had booked two suites and were given a very nice suite and a “ suite” that was not a suite with no views , hotel was empty and management did not want to change the room but at the end they did which we appreciated."
