L'Asfodelo, situated on a hill

The property is situated on a hill overlooking the countryside and the sea and boasts a wide panoramic view from the large terrace.
The flat consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom, and 3 double bedrooms.
Air conditioning is only present in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.
Outside there are several parking spaces, a private barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
In the basement of the structure there are two other flats that can be rented for group stays.

Tolle Unterkunft in genialer Lage
Ein superschönes, blitzsauberes Apartment in wundervoller Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, die Küstenebene der Ogliastra und die Berge! Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück etwas außerhalb von Bari Sardo umgeben von Olivenhainen – man hat dort seine absolute Ruhe. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an den schönen Stränden und in der Stadt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen von All4Sardinia waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in hat super geklappt. Es gibt im Haus kein WLAN, wir hatten aber sehr guten Netzempfang. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im L'Asfodelo sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
