Equipped kitchenette with large fridge, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher and oven. Windowed bathroom with shower cubicle. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: a large double room with a large wardrobe and two rooms with single beds and a pull-out bed, air conditioning, washing machine, elegant windowed bathroom with shower and integrated whirlpool bath. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. High-quality finishes such as marble flooring and exposed stone walls give great charm to this property. Covered outdoor parking space and small furnished garden with gazebo, table and chairs. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
