Located in the historic centre of Bardolino, well-known town of southern Lake Garda, the flat Il Borgo 48 is located in a vibrant neighbourhood full of shops, minimarkets, restaurants and cafés. The lakeside promenade and the harbour, from where ferries leave for beautiful excursions on the lake, are only 400 metres away.
The flat is developed on several floors, starting from the entrance located on the ground floor, which has a useful wardrobe and leads immediately to the staircase that connects to the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa corner, satellite TV and air conditioning, a table for 6 people and a spacious kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, gas cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher. A wooden staircase provides access to the first bedroom with spacious wardrobe (no airco) and contiguous windowed bathroom complete with shower box. Going further up there is a second bedroom with two armchair beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. Adjacent to this space there is a second bathroom with bathtub and practical washing machine. A few steps down lead to the master suite with parquet floor, satellite TV, wardrobe (no airco) and a view of Bardolino's green municipal park. Borgo 48 is a typical floor-to-ceiling flat with the traditional features of Lake Garda historic centre houses. Each room is located on a different floor, so from the upper floors it is necessary to pass through the bedrooms to reach the living room. All windows are provided with mosquito nets for the maximum comfort of guests.
Parking space in the garage just 40 metres away at disposal. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
We recommend flat Il Borgo 48 to young people or dynamic families who wish to have all the comforts and services close at hand without the need for a car. As there are a lot of stairs, we do not recommend the flat to families with small children or guests with reduced mobility or those looking for absolute privacy.
