"Amazing views, very spacious comfortable appartment in villa the only thing I would change is that no cleaning was provided that wasn’t a problem but bins were not emptied and there were no places to take rubbish or even recycling…bathrooms could do with a bit of modern update but were clean and functional so not a problem….pool amazing and staff very helpful and would definitely recommend and stay again. "After a bit of a nightmare with the check in process (we arrived by bus from Verona at 1pm to find the check in was at an office in the next town at 3pm) everything was great. "Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"What a Gem! We were located in our own little separate house, next to the pool. The view was very rural and the house itself so comfortably furnished and with a well equipped Kitchen. The furniture was high quality and as others have said before: thenpictures don't do it justice! We loved our stay, easy 5min drive to Lazise and we will be back!"

"It's 4.5 out of 5 but I don't have that option! We had a fabulous week at Andrea's property and he was an excellent host. The property is lovely and is in a beautiful location with great views .
