"Great hotel- clean and tidy at all times. Food was consistently good at all restaurants. Room spacious and comfortable with attentive house keeping. Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers. Also too much personal servicing on demand by certain customers which just put a spanner in the works and added confusion to an already disorganised system. Otherwise a lovely hotel...

"I enjoyed my stay at the Lemon Tree hotel Amarante Beach Resort. I enojyed the short walk to the becah, the daily brunch and dinner service, the comfortable room, large pool and nearby shops in proximity to the hotel. I recommend Lemon Tree and would plan to stay at the chain of hotels on my next stay in India. "

"I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and it was…decent. The location was convenient, and the staff were polite, but nothing about the experience stood out. The room was clean enough, though the sheets weren’t changed the evening we arrived. I found a cable left on the bed by the previous guests, so clearly they tidied the bed, but not changed the sheets. "The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with good access to the beach and a nice pool- although loungers would have been nice. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even when there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the poor build quality of the roomms meant there were gaps around the doors- so the air con was nowhere near a decent efficiency. "Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. Reception, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!! "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott, especially since it was my first time in India, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was truly blown away by the staff. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service—everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and accommodating. No request was too much trouble, and I genuinely appreciated the warmth and hospitality of each person I encountered. I’ll carry their kindness with me for a long time. The breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh juices. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel itself is somewhat tucked away, so if you're walking, be prepared for a bit of a stroll to reach the beach and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel, and it’s the outstanding staff who truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for everything!"
