It had everything I needed, the check-in and check-out was smooth, and Nicolo was very prompt to reply to any queries. I will definitely book this apartment again if I return to Parma."

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We...

"The apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the Duomo and the Teatro Regio. There is an exceptional restaurant about 100 metres away, but we never managed to get in.
