Individual stone house with large garden and fruit trees. Ground floor kitchen, living room and dining room all together in the same room, bathroom with shower. Upper floor three rooms with 1'50 bed, 1'35 and two of 1'05. Extra bed and cot. Bathroom with shower South facing balcony. Garden table and chairs, also barbecue. Quiet area near mountains, ideal for hiking and resting. Walking distance to beaches of Berria, Laredo, Noja, 25 minutes from Santander capital, 50 minutes to Bilbao.

Casa en entorno tranquilo. Excelente ubicacion
En línea generales muy bien. Casa limpia, amplia, gran jardín con árboles frutales, en entorno muy tranquilo y con excelente comunicación a Autovia para excursiones.
