Both bedrooms come with bedside tables, ample closet space, and radiators for heating. The living room exudes character with its authentic vigas catalanas and exposed brick walls, offering a cozy sofa, TV, and additional storage. A dedicated workspace with a desk and high-speed fiber optics internet makes this apartment ideal for remote working.

The stylish bathroom includes a modern shower, toilet, and sink. Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, and a comfortable heating system. Located just minutes from Mercat Santa Caterina and Jaume I metro, this apartment is surrounded by top restaurants, bars, and attractions within walking distance, making it the perfect urban retreat. Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €180 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

Late check-in:
