It is in a convenient location,BUT the down side is the check in location is in another part of the city,which is very inconvenient for a traveler coming from overseas,tired, and also to return the keys too. You need to let the customer know in your website, if I knew about it definitely I would not have booked. Dinali Fernando.

Location Great, Sleep Terrible.
The location was incredible. Right by Sagrada Familia. Lots of space. However, we hardly slept because the neighbors were so loud and walls so thin. Also the air conditioning was not in the bedrooms. Felt it was very inconvenient to have to pick up a key on the opposite side of town from the manager office.

Check-in at main office 20 minutes away and not clearly communicated (email stated the address but not very clear - and after the non-refundable booking is confirmed). Only find out when arrived at the place. Need to leave the family and luggage behind to run for the check-in because the office closes at 5pm and any late check-in will cost some 50 euros! Luggage storage is at this main office making it impossible to use. Air conditioning is very weak. Wifi was slow and stopped working completely for 1 of the 2 days we're there. There is no toilet paper. Need to take out trash ourselves WITHOUT clarity where to. Required to either wash the dishes or load in dish washer except that THERE IS NO dish washer. All these for a price not cheap for the space and location. Will never stay at this place and everyone should stay away.

Lovely penthouse apartment, nicely situated in a quiet area, with a short walk to the metro station. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and stored our baggage until the room was ready, while we started exploring the city. The balcony area had a lovely view of the Sagrada Familia through the buildings and we could watch the progress! The beds were comfortable, and the shutters on the windows made the room pitch black, which is excellent for someone who has trouble sleeping with any light in the room whatsoever! All in all myself and my travel party (4 in total) were very happy with the apartment, it was bright and airy but felt like home from home at the same time. We have already recommended it to others and only arrived home today! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Sagrada Famila, nice , clean apartment and quite spacious for our party of five. It was a little inconvenient that the check in desk was so far away from the apartment. It wasn’t made very clear when I initially booked and probably wouldn’t have chosen this considering I had 2 young children and my mother in law in tow. Saying that check in was quick and easy and we didn’t have to go all the way back to check out, as we were able to leave the key cards on the table when we left. Unfortunately we wasn’t able to use the sofa bed as it was faulty, I made the short break company aware so hopefully it will be sorted for the next guests. Apart from that we had a lovely time in Barcelona .

Overall we were happy with this property. It is in a good location and was very clean. My only issue was that we could not use the sofa bed as it collapsed every time you put any weight on it so my daughters had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep.

After getting picked up from airport, check in is 20 minutes away and the actual apartment is far from check-in. Receptionist at the office was rude and not helpful on the telephone. The room was not available till 4 pm. The pull out bed would not hold in place and when I called they said they would send someone the next day but they never came. Door was hard to open. No warm water. TV with no signal. No housekeeping services. Cockroaches walking in the apartment. No instructions how to open gate and doors. Key on gate hard to remove when used. Would not recommend ever to stay there even if it is free. Especially when the lady in the office said that I can pick up the key and come back later got our luggage. Of course I can not trust them with my luggage so it was difficult walking sting with our luggage and we had to pay extra Euro. Additional 70 Euro paid because of going back and forth to place. Would like to know if they can compensate us for this bad experience. Please advise us how to further seek compensation for this event

The apartment is really well located and have a great size. The negative issue is that you need to get the keys on a different location and that you will not be able to get the keys after 1.30 am... This means it wil be difficult to get the keys once you will arive late in Barcelona.

We were up the block from the Sagrada Familia! The Metro (train) was about a block away . Everything was close and convenient . Not far from Park Guell and Las ramblas great location !

The Good, bad and the Ugly
First the Good. Clean, good service, and close to Sagrada Familia. Fold out couch broken. Beds were probably the most uncomfortable ever slept on, completely unacceptable. Cute apartment but if your matress gives you back aches and doesn't allow you to sleep then not good. I asked twice if they could do something but nothing done. The worst thing is the surrounding noise goes on all night long. Every night we were there we were kept awake from 11 to 3-4 in the morning by loud people everywhere surrounding the apartments. I would not recommend.

Lovely apartment and really good location however a couple of things didn't work such as the TV and the air-conditioning. The wi-fi is also super slow to the point where we didn't even bother to use it. Otherwise easy to find and overall good stay

Apartment rate is reasonable for 7 ppl accomodation, nice and modern look. But to get to the check-in place which is far from the apartment is unreasonable and disappointing. There's traffic and had to pay taxi double to the check in and get the keys, then taxi again to get to the apartment place. You can see the top of Sagrada from the apartment's balcony about just 2 mins walk, grocery store is right around the corner. Hot water ran out on us,the bathroom sewer smells bad. Oh, the door is so hard to unlock, very good protection from robbers/theft though.

Myself, my husband and our 2 grandchildren aged 10 and 9 stayed in the apartment for 2 nights while visiting the city. The city of Barcelona did not disappoint nor did our visit to Nou Camp as well as other attractions. The weather was lovely around 23 degrees in October.

La Sagrada Familia
Great modern apartment just a street away from La Sagrada Familia. Public transport also being close by, made it a really good location for us to get to different parts of the city.

The apt was ok,hotels.com and the rental agency shouldn't hide the fact you have to get your room key 25 minutes away,they won't deliver it.view of brick wall and the sofa bed was wonky...no # or email or phone to call... location was very good though and it was clean.o for couple nights.

The hotel was in a great location
The Appartments were very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable self catering stay an ideal base to explore Barcelona. Not sure why some negative comments on website as we found the process easy to get into the apartment if you do your homework!! Staff at office near La Ramblas happy to help with enquiries and late check out.All in all a good short stay. But note pre book Sagrada Famillia and Parc Guell booked up for two days.
