The location is optimal either to walk around the city or to take the train and head out somewhere. The staff is very cordial, accommodating and always there when you need them. The fact that water, coffee and wine were available at all times it’s a plus. The terrace is a really nice place to spend some time.

We were not given the room we booked and paid for. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed - you could hear every word of people talking in the neighboring rooms. However, the staff were LOVELY, amazing location, despite the noise, the room was great - good size and very comfortable. Complimentary wine and coffees were a nice touch. We had a good stay, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great location just off the main street so still quiet but close to all amenities and the metro. The hotel has a beautiful terrace with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a really nice touch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very pleased.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable and had coffee, tea and hot and cold water and snacks available at all times. The location was wonderful, easy access to transportation and many attractions. Our only concern turned out to be unfounded, as we came to the property it appeared to be a construction site, it turned out to be only on the exterior and did not affect our stay. We really appreciated the private outside terrace.
