In the heart of the picturesque town of Alella, well known among wine lovers, located on the Mediterranean coast and a few kilometers from Barcelona, is our modern and cozy loft, perfect for couples or small groups seeking comfort and style in an environment don't worry.

The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen, with all the necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and crockery, so you can feel at home.

The carefully selected furniture complements the modern aesthetic of the space, providing a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

The main room consists of a comfortable double bed and in the Loft style it is visually separated from the living room. In addition, the double sofa bed in the living room provides additional space to accommodate additional guests.

The complete bathroom is completely renovated with a shower tray and natural light.

One of the jewels of the apartment is its large terrace on the top floor, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. You can relax on the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy the impressive views between the sea and the mountains. It is the perfect place for an outdoor breakfast, sunbathing or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening after a walk through the town of Alella.

Our loft is the perfect starting point to discover the enchanting vineyards of the region, do wine tastings and discover the rich local wine culture. With a long winemaking tradition that dates back to Roman times, Alella has managed to preserve its legacy and produce high-quality wines that delight the most demanding palates.

Walking through the narrow cobbled streets of Alella will transport you to a calm and welcoming environment, full of local restaurants and bars offering a delicious variety of traditional Catalan dishes, which are perfectly paired with local wines.

Parties or noises that may be annoying are not allowed.Please, be respectful of the environment and respect the rest of the neighbors.The loss, damage or incorrect use of the house keys will have a minimum replacement/management cost of €40.

Upon prior request we provide beach towels at 6 euros per unit for the entire stay.

Please note that for check-ins before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. to 22:00p.m , we ask for an additional charge of €40, which is paid directly to our key holders, after 22:00p.m. to consult.Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.

According to decree 60/2017 of 13/2017 on the tax regulation of stays in tourist establishments, the following must be charged:€1 per person and night (for a maximum of 7 nights)For stays in tourist apartments or houses in the surroundings of Catalonia. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub
Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight war die große Dachterrasse. Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage zum Zentrum mit Restaurants und Supermärkten, direkt neben einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Weinshop mit Taverne. Man konnte zum Strand laufen. Fußweg vorhanden.
