In the very center of Barcelona, facing the sea and with direct views of the monument of Colon and the sea from the living room and bedrooms. Two double rooms with double bed and one single with two single beds. Option of double sofa bed. Two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV. Lovely and comfortable apartment in a beautiful setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment near the harbor in Barcelona. Don’t forget to look out one of the bedroom doors to see the lovely view of the sea. We had no problem walking anywhere and a Metro stop was very nearby. It’s right across the street from the best Maritime Museum we’ve ever seen.

Apt with a view near La Rambla

Apt is in a very convenient location for walking or public transport- which is efficient and easy in Barcelona. Although the apt is by a busy street, it is very quiet at night for sleeping. Family of 6 stayed here and it worked just fine for us- not a huge living area, but we were out in the city most of the time. Need to download a special app to get into the building and apt.

Good way to kick off a cruise vacation.

Our host was fantastic and very responsive. Although the apartment showed a little wear and tear, it was a great value and for our needs perfectly. It is close to the La Rambla, public transportation, the grocery store, and the cruise terminal. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great downtown location, host very helpful

Property is clean, very spacious for a family of 5, and situated right downtown with lots of things to do - shopping, restaurants. Nulia has been super wonderful and very accessible whenever i had a question. Would stay here again for sure.

Barcelona short stay

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights prior to embarking on a cruise. Great location for the city centre sites (just a few minutes walk from Las Ramblas) and for the cruise. We only got the apartment directions and entry details the day before after chasing these up so that's one area that could be improved. Overall though it was ideal for our needs .

Good location. Close walks to the beach and Las Ramblas. Apartment had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and easy to contact. Only complaint is one of the bathroom’s toilet leaked on the floor. We would stay here again.

Amazing view, easy access to and from cruise port and public transportation

We enjoyed everything about the apartment, grocery and restaurants nearby. Bus stop outside the door and other public transportation is a short walk. Everything was clean and well equipped. Great communication with the host. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. There is a playground nearbyin the next block for children.

Property perfectly situated, the interior was just as shown on Vrbo. Owner's communications were timely and helpful. We were greeted by a lovely friendly woman and all in all we had an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Although spacious, the property needs a good coat of paint and the plumbing needs attention. Scratches and scuffs everywhere and the shower drain was clogged. Not sure it should be sold as a sea view as you had to hang off the side balcony to see one. However the aircon worked well and blocked out the traffic sounds. The beds were comfy and the host was helpful.

Beautiful Barcelona!!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. Location was excellent with close proximity to the metro for seeing everything the city has to offer. Also within walking distance to the historic areas and numerous restaurants, Montjuic and the beaches. The beds were comfortable and all other amenities made for a great stay, we just wished it was for longer. What a beautiful city to visit. We hope to return some day !

Great location

The location can’t be beat. So close to great food, shops etc. the metro and bus are easily accessible. We appreciated having ac for 3 warm days. The host was responsive. Beds were comfortable. Things to prepare for: 1 shower head would not stay in place, the tankless water heater ran out of hot water so no long as in wash your hair before it runs out or back to back showers, low supply of paper products provided, a baby and toddler upstairs who cried at night and thin towels. The property is more worn than online pictures depict. The washer worked well and the kitchen was nice to have and use.

Great location

Located in walking distance to Las Ramblas as well as the hop on/off bus. Clean and tidy apartment and for a small fee you can leave your luggage if you arrive before the 3pm check-in time. The host organised the taxi for us as well as recommending a really good restaurant. One slight negative point, the road is very noisy which means sitting on the balcony isn’t relaxing, however we didn’t go to relax!

Great Location--Beds were too hard and very low to ground!

Great location, but the downside is the very small elevators and the beds were to low to the ground and hard as a rock. Sleep was challenging as a result, but other than that it is a nice place for a few days. The other complaint is that the front door to the property requires a key, which is in the apartment room. As such, one has to wait for a person who lives in the building to open the door to the building. Once I was able to get up to the apartment and open the door, I was able to retrieve the key to the front door to the building.

This apartment had great views! So close to metro, Los Ramblas, the harbor - we could get anywhere we wanted to go with ease. Supermarket was close by. There is a washer there with rack to dry clothing. Communication was easy with the host and if I did have a question- it was answered promptly. Stay here - you will not be sorry!

Great location and great space!

This was a great place for our family to stay in Barcelona. We were traveling with two teens and had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing or the beach. The location was close to a metro station and in walking distance of the beach and Gothic Quarter which was fabulous. We loved popping down to the cafe down below for our morning coffee and croissant. Lluis was a very responsive and helpful host. And the views from the balconies were icing on the cake! Highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment

Everything was just as the pictures show. We were close to two different metro lines and the bus stopped right outside our door. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby. Lluis was very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in early since our flight had a morning arrival. I would highly recommend. We fell in love with the apartment and the city. We will be back. Thank you for everything!

Week in Barcelona with 3 teens and husband

Location is great. Access to the apartment is easy. Communication is great. It’s obviously quite noisy as it’s right by a big traffic island. There was enough space for 5 tall adults for a week. We didn’t cook apart from just a bit of breakfast and some drinks. Tube station is very near. Buses go from right outside. We had a few small issues but host was on hand to help immediately. We had a good week and saw a lot of stuff.
